You have been blogs for years. You spoke with passion that you know much. You have accumulated tons of incredible content on the subject, any spread across many, many articles of the blog.
Then why could not take that content and reformat in a book? You can. Here are some ideas to get you started.
But before I show you how to do so. Here's why to do so. The publishing world has changed. You may book more than one agent, or a traditional Publisher. Think about it, the reason for which you have started a blog is because you did not feel the need to have a guard controlling your content.
The reason people write books is that these same gatekeepers have been standing in the way too long, making us think that they should decide what is published. We know who is b.s. Do them anymore. Anyone can now easily and almost instantly, create their own book and put it online for purchase within 24 hours.
My wife is currently doing with his blog at MomGoesGreen.com. It is in its 3-year blogging anniversary 3 - times a week. Currently take approximately 100 of his best blog and we their construction in a book. We then take this book and go on sale on Amazon Kindle, and printing on demand. Which we then will promote his blog!
This will not only establish its reputation and authority over, but will also help him win another stream of income. There is just something on the books which leads people to think of you in a higher light, you know? And think about it, it (you) have all written content. You just have to format in a book format, title, and a cover and you're done! It is really easy. Publishers want to that you think is hard. They're cops.
But how?
Book at the Blog Services
Yes, you can take your blog and turn it into a book with one of the many services of "blog book". Everything simply do a search on Google and you will find a litany of services. Or click here to search for.
The concept is quite simple. These systems allow to transfer your content on in an easy format so that you can then format individual blog in a book format. They then offer you a lot of ways to have the book published and marketed.
You can choose to keep your book published digitally only for sale in places like Amazon Kindle or Barnes & Noble, or simply as an eBook PDF download from sites such as Smashwords.com. Or, you can choose to go a step further and have your book printed using sites such as Createspace, Lulu.com or my favourite Infinity Publishing.
The only question for you now, is why are not do you again?
