Discipline - this must be the key to the most difficult success. We almost have to discipline ourselves to be punished.
Everything you want to accomplish in life takes some level of discipline, if he is healthy and able to write on a daily basis, to build a business or create success.
There are several definitions of discipline, but I chose it as the best goal here:
activity, exercise or a pattern develops or enhances a jurisdiction; training
Discipline is rare just. This is something that you must train yourself to not only be aware of but lead. By discipline, or lack of, you have created many patterns for yourself. Many people is disciplined for the coffee maker ready for the next morning, at night, so it became a habit.
You discipline for the daily tasks of work happens in the same way. Do so you repeatedly until what they become habits. Today, I have to sit and write this article. Sometimes, without discipline for me to do, there is. Writing is a habit for me, but there are days where patterns have lead to a certain level of discipline.
It would be great to have a permanent Sergeant, ensure you that you get your work done, but it happen this way. It is also a bit of an oxymoron we work for ourselves, for more freedom, but at the same time we must redouble our efforts to build our success and discipline ourselves to do the job.
How do you discipline yourself to do what you need to do to create success?
You must first of all, a list of daily tasks that must be accomplished. It is best if you keep this small list. Choose 3 things to do and to work on those until the end.
You need music to get motivated. You may need to meditate get focused on your task list. You may need to promise a reward. Do what you must do yourself this list made.
* Use a timer. You can either download a free timer for your computer, buy a standard kitchen time or get one for your phone.
* Use an agenda or a type of calendar to write your most important tasks for each day 3.
* Spend time every night for the tasks of the day of your next bordees by.
* Close your browser, e-mail programs and silence your phone until your tasks are performed.
* If you find that you lose focus, give yourself a break. Get up and walk. Go outside or even meditate. Do something that will be refreshing. You do not want to make too relaxed on your break. This could lead to the task being left incomplete.
* Take just enough time to lose tension and rejuvenate your spirit.
